I believe your cake should taste as good as it looks! All my cakes are freshly made to order using only the best quality ingredients. Where possible I always source local produce.
Every cake has 4 perfectly even layers of cake tortes, with 3 layers of luxurious buttercream.
All conserves, ganache, and sauce fillings are homemade using tried and tested recipes.
Classic Vanilla Sponge
Made with Irish butter, this cake is moist, rich and melt in the mouth. Filled with madagascan vanilla bean buttercream and homemade strawberry or raspberry jam.
Like the Classic Vanilla this little beauty is made with butter ensuring it’s extra rich and moist. Once out of the oven it’s drizzled in a lemon syrup and then filled with zesty layers of freshly made lemon curd and smooth vanilla buttercream.

Moist caramel cake made with dark brown sugar, layered with salted caramel and a caramel infused buttercream.
Bailey’s Irish Cream
This one packs a punch! When just out of the oven, my signature chocolate cake is drizzled with Bailey’s Irish Cream and then layered with a vanilla and Baileys buttercream.
Raspberry and White Chocolate
Light vanilla sponge dotted with raspberries and layered with silky white chocolate and raspberry reduction buttercream.
Vanilla Mocha Cake
Dare to be different! This cake has it all… alternate layers of light vanilla cake and rich chocolate cake filled with smooth coffee buttercream.
Spiced Carrot Cake
Hints of cinnamon, allspice and ginger, along with chopped toasted pecans makes this a cake to remember. Each layer is filled with classic vanilla buttercream flavoured with cream cheese.
(Due to the moisture content of this cake it is only suitable for a single tier or kitchen cake.)
Coconut and Raspberry
This one is a firm favourite. A coconut and vanilla sponge cake, layered with homemade raspberry jam and a coconut infused buttercream.
Red Velvet Cake
This trendy little number doesn’t disappoint! It’s basically a chocolate cake, made with buttermilk resulting in a milder more subtle chocolate flavour. It pairs perfectly with classic vanilla buttercream flavoured with cream cheese.
Cookies and Cream
Rich chocolate cake layered with Madagascan vanilla & Oreo Buttercream.
Chocolate Peanut Butter
This cake elevates the lowly peanut butter to new levels of elegance! My rich chocolate cake is filled with smooth and creamy PB buttercream (or maybe you like the crunchy variety? The choice is yours!)
Traditional Fruit Cake
It’s not just a hit with the grannies, I’m partial to a slice myself! Traditional alcohol infused fruit cake wrapped in white almond marzipan.
