I use traditional recipes handed down to me from generations of home bakers in my family. However, 6 years living in California has meant that I love to add a modern twist to things!
Living in the breathtaking hills of Dromara, Northern Ireland, I’m able to enjoy the beauty of nature.
This is reflected in my cakes through my love of producing show-stopping sugar flowers that add elegance and class to any cake they adorn.
